Specialized Rockets
KSP's first heavy-lift station launcher, purpose-built to deliver the Kerbin Space Station (KSS) into a 100 km low Kerbin orbit. The KSSL-1 carried a crew of four — Bob and Sonvey Kerman remained aboard the KSS, while Jebediah and Bill returned to Kerbin after station handover. Bill performed EVA repairs on ascent, fitting the station with RCS thrusters and Monopropellant tanks.

Rover Series
KSP's first surface rover. Deployed on Minmus during Mission 22, the Mk1 is a compact quad wheel science platform capable of traversing low-gravity terrain.
Probe Series
An unmanned science platform and satelite relay launched from the Orbiter Mk1 Experimental. Collects atmospheric pressure, temperature data and relays communications to deep space missions without requiring a kerbonaut crew.
Space Stations
KSP's first permanent crewed installation in space. The Kerbin Space Station was delivered to a 100 km low Kerbin orbit by the KSSL-1 launcher during Mission 27. It houses a Mobile Processing Lab staffed by Bob and Sonvey Kerman, enabling long-duration science research that cannot be conducted on a short mission profile. Bill Kerman performed EVA during delivery to fit the station with RCS thrusters and Monopropellant tanks.
